HTTP/HTTPS Connector

Description
Data exchange with common business application software.

Benefits
The HTTP/HTTPS Connector enables Nm’4 to exchange data with other applications in order to provide the Customer Advisor always with relevant and actual data stored in other applications.

LDAP Connector

Description
Direct communication to an existing LDAP environment (e. g. User and Rights Management, Single Sign On).

Benefits
The LDAP Connector enables a centralised and efficient user administration in order to save time and money. It is based on existing authentication infrastructure. A single sign on for the user (one authentication for all application available for the user) is thus ensured which makes the sign on process less
complicated.

Microsoft Active Directory Integration

Description
Seamless integration with Microsoft’s Active Directory based user management.

Benefits
The benefits are in general the same as stated for the LDAP Connector. The difference is just the use of LDAP for UNIX based systems and Active Directory for Microsoft domains.

SQL Integration

Description
Direct integration to existing SQL database systems

Benefits
By using the SQL Integration a connection to the existing databases of the bank can be implemented. Thus the storage of data can be organised without redundancies and less storage capacity is necessary.

XML Connector

Description
Connect to existing business process and enterprise assets.

Benefits
The XML connection allows an easy link with relevant applications in order to exchange important data and / or to link business processes adequately.
