Customer Advisor Module
Description Personalised front end providing case specific
guidance and multilanguage user interfaces.
Benefits The Customer Advisor Module provides the Front Office
with an easy to use interface for the account opening process. The
Customer Advisor (CA) is then guided by Nm’4™ through the whole
account opening and customer lifetime process supporting the CA in
order to use the cutting edge compliance information of the bank. By
the end of the process no question was forgotten to ask, all
relevant documents are filled in automatically by the system and
every internal directive of the bank was strictly adhered.
Customer Administration Module
Description Centralised processing, verifying, consolidating
and forwarding new or modified client data.
Benefits By using the Customer Administration Module a manual
transport of the data collected (e. g. by internal post) is rendered
unnecessary. The data filled in by the Customer Advisor is sent
directly by him to the Back Office in order to be verified. Costs
can be saved due to reduced lead times of the processes and data
quality raises as data is set up only once in the system.
Business Modules
Document Manager
Description Fastest and easiest way to manage documents and
forms.
Benefits By using the Document Manager the Compliance Officer
has an easy access to Nm’4™ in order to create a set of cutting edge
forms and documents. Thereby only the actual versions of forms and
documents are available in Nm’4™ it is ensured that Customer
Advisors do not use out of date papers. Furthermore Nm’4™ supports
the banks Corporate Design (CD) processes as the Marketing
Department can check the documents in use at present in one central
database.
Business Rules Manager
Description Provides one stop source for all business process
and rules.
Benefits Within the Business Rules Manager the Administrator
transforms the bank rules, regulations and processes in order to
create flexible but predefined processes displayed on Nm’4™‘s
screens. By using this screens the Customer Advisor is guided
through the account opening process by Nm’4™. The administration of
all processes is centralised and Customer Advisors will thus execute
the account opening and customer lifetime process in the very same
way.
Verification Module
Description Automated screening process for political exposed
persons and associates.
Benefits The Verification Module enables Nm’4™ to perform a
real time check with the bank's internal or external PEP-database
and Compliance-register in order to enable the Customer Advisor to
detect borderline cases as soon as possible. The Customer Advisor
saves time within the verification process as well as the service
delivered to the customer can be adjusted adequately.
Integration Modules
HTTP/HTTPS Connector
Description Data exchange with common business application
software.
Benefits The HTTP/HTTPS Connector enables Nm’4TM to exchange
data with other applications in order to provide the Customer
Advisor always with relevant and actual data stored in other
applications.
LDAP Connector
Description Direct communication to an existing LDAP
environment (e. g. User and Rights Management, Single Sign On).
Benefits The LDAP Connector enables a centralised and
efficient user administration in order to save time and money. It is
based on existing authentication infrastructure. A single sign on
for the user (one authentication for all application available for
the user) is thus ensured which makes the sign on process
less complicated.
Active Directory Integration
Description Seamless integration with Microsoft’s Active
Directory based user management.
Benefits The benefits are in general the same as stated for
the LDAP Connector. The difference is just the use of LDAP for
UNIXbased systems and Active Directory for Microsoft domains.
SQL Integration
Description Direct integration to existing SQL database
systems
Benefits By using the SQL Integration a connection to the
existing databases of the bank can be implemented. Thus the storage
of data can be organised without redundancies and less storage
capacity is necessary.
XML Connectors
Description Connect to existing business process and
enterprise assets.
Benefits The XML connection allows an easy link with relevant
applications in order to exchange important data and / or to link
business processes
adequately.
